The Hastings Community Foundation requires all recipients of our Community Grants Program to complete a post-grant report. This should be completed once the funded program/project has been completed, or by December 1, 2025 (whichever is earlier).

Organizations who fail to submit a post-grant report will not be eligible for future funding from our Community Grants Program.

Post-grant report is required only for Community Grant Program awards. Reporting is not necessary for other funding, including distributions from donor advised funds.
